The photographs may not be copied, downloaded, manipulated, projected, reproduced, or used in any way without the express written permission of Mark B Bartosik and payment of a fee or an arrangement therefore. Use of any image on this site as the basis for another photographic concept or illustration is also violation of copyright. That said, I sometimes make exceptions and do not charge a usage fee to NON-PROFIT, NON-COMMERCIAL sites using my photos for educational purposes, but still the written permit from me is required.

In some subjects of nature and wildlife, my photo stock collection can satisfy the most discriminating buyers. On my web site you can review a minute part of my few hundred thousand images portfolio. This collection is growing almost daily. Any and all of the images on my site are available as stock photography in digital files. I have shot exclusively digital for many years, and the digital photos are the only ones I offer for sale. The nature and wildlife photos can be purchased for any usage; images with recognizable people can only be use for editorial/educational purposes as they usually don't have a model release.

Basic rules to purchase stock photos from me are:

The buyer pays a license fee each time they use the image.

The buyer must specify, each time: intended use, media, territory and duration.

Pricing is based on intended use, media, duration and territory.

Please include all above information in your query. You can also include a reasonable offer in order to speed up the negotiation.
